Are SuperDry Windcheater coats...

I don't know the facts but if i was looking for a fully waterproof coat, SuperDry wouldn't be the brand I was looking at. I know mine starts to absorb water if its more than a light shower

Some Superdry jackets are ok in showers etc but if the weather for the last few days is anything to go by I'd advise something by Barbour - probs more expensive but your paying for quality with them ;)

Neither, I got drenched walking home last night. It temporarily keeps out light rain until it finally soaks through :(

For such a thin jacket it does keep you warm with the aid from the high colar keeping your neck warm, the gloves on the sleeves and the multiple layers it creates on your chest

While Barbour are usually really good quality if you're looking for a fashion jacket (as picking something by Superdry suggests) then they wouldn't be the first name that comes to mind. :p

The jacket should have a waterproofing (and probably breathability) rating on it if you look at the label.

Surprisingly warm for what feels like a thin jacket, but as others have said, no good at keeping the rain out I'm afraid.

i found with every piece of superdry clothing i've ever bought, they break VERY quickly - my coat has a hole in the pocket and the stupid hanging bit in the neck is also coming away. jeans - the belt lining is coming away, t-shirts seams coming away. they're expensive rubbish tbh, never buying superdry again :(
