Are these Errors when I Boot?

Ok after all this, I got my work done today, decided to try boot it up after a few days of not touching it, and it has decided it can boot into BIOS every time now lol =/. WTF makes PCs do these things, I literally havent changed it other than resecure the power LED header because the power switch wasnt lighting up =S

Although when I boot up and go into BIOS etc I do get numbers appearing in the bottom right of the screen saying things like A9 and B4 etc.. is that normal?
