Only on portable mp3 players. Not allowed on pc's for some reason even with head phones!

My ipod is only on when I need to concentrate or stay awake!!

everyone always moans that i used to steal the CD player for the warehouse, so all my colleagues used to hide the power cable.

so one day i introduced them to my ipod and a set of Logic3 - I-Station speakers, now not only can they not touch it, they have no choice whatsoever what gets played!

I can't code without music, I have to have it playing. I wouldn't work for a company that didn't allow it.

Yeah we can only listen to Radio 1 though, nothing else apart from underground DnB tunes in properly...

I turned off my bosses new Corrine Bailey Rae album yesterday morning as it was driving me nuts and I need loudness and chaos to wake me up!

And yes a door and an office to yourselves help

i have been to dentists who play music, that was more relaxing

i have witnessed operations (medical) take place and the surgeon bought in a ghetto blaster
it can relax mood, etc

Aye, we have an old hi-fi somebody brought in one time, it gets fairly cranked up too. You can hear the music walking past the building.
The best part is, there has been some real cracking rows over which station is getting played due to varying music tastes. Now we generally play a few hours of a selection of stations throughout the day to keep everyone happy.

We have bought a radio for when we are doing BSc lab work.

Get funny looks as only students have music on :confused:

Despite being 20/21 we still have magic/radio 1 on. Though five live on weekends for the footie!
