Are you aware?

I made a trip across the Dartford bridge a couple of weeks ago and the chap infront of me at the toll booth spent a good few minutes sorting his change out (instead of getting it ready before hand) and then promptly stopped just the other side of the barrier to sort something else out after having gone through.

I beeped him; felt good. :p

People who come on the bus without the correct change grinds my gears! its like they almost werent expecting the bus to arrive.. whilst standing at the bus stop.

I mentioned this to a friend the other day after we had been shopping. Generally unawareness or lack of consideration for others.

It came up specifically as we had just had a dose of Sainsbury shopping where people will stand >.< this far from the shelves looking at everything instead of say standing a foot back and looking. Not only that, but people feel the need to stand as close as they can to the shelves and then place their trolley right next to them as close as it can get to the shelf. This is usually done whilst their arm is stretched out holding the trolley handle therefore creating a barrier of about 2 meters long in total.

Does my ****ing head in, and yes, it's nearly always women. Sorry to stereotype :)

To be fair, a lot of the things the OP mentioned, like talking to people on the checkout etc is just being human, instead of acting like some sort of chuffing robot.

Or are you one of those people who through a lack of awareness gets in everybody elses way?

Most of those people are perfectly aware of what they are doing.

They just don't care if they annoy you because they know you will do nothing, quietly stew then come bitch to the internet.

You want change?

Then ****ing do something.

Do you obliviously walk in front of and or stand in front of people who are trying to look at a store display regardless of the fact that they are quite blatantly looking at the section you've just blocked?
more often than not the people are standing on the far side of the narrow isle and the only way past is by walking infront.

What i hate is walking down the street and people dont move out of the way, even when your walking next to the wall. another thing i hate people walking out of train stations and str8 accross to the edge of the pavement without looking.
I am soo annoyed with this, that now i dont move and bump into them.

Oh I'm quite outspoken at these sorts, usually very sarcasticly too.

That's fine, most people in that situation will acknowledge they're doing it by way of moving quickly or apologising, I'm not talking about them.

I hate people who stop in the doorways of supermarkets to find their keys or to strike up a conversation with long lost friends, when it's clearly hectic.

Yes, I'm looking at you old people

I wouldn't touch the stuff - but Bristol is a generally laid-back place, you can't rush around expecting London-style rushing from everyone else. People actually talk to each other here :p
