Are you aware?

Same goes for people who wont fast enough in crossing traffic/parking places. Earlier today I was going to drive into a parking lot and there was 3 old women standing talking in the entrance. And they seemed bothered when we kinda 'asked' for them to move

I'm glad I'm not the only one. My other half wont understand what I mean when I mention it. Especially bad if you are trying to look at something in a shelf and literally hanging over them to hint that they can move a bit for us both to stand there but nooo. How can they not notice?! ARG

That's fine, most people in that situation will acknowledge they're doing it by way of moving quickly or apologising, I'm not talking about them.

but shouldnt the isle browsers be aware they are blocking everyones path and making the aware folk feel as if they have to rush past as lightning speed?;)

a lot of impatient people in here. whats the rush everyone ?

In a shop, you want to just buy your stuff and go, browsing is for the weak minded, make a decision, go in, buy it, leave.

In a car, walking, down the underground, you want to get where you're going as fast as possible, theres better things to be doing than waiting for some inconsiderate douche to move, some of us have jobs and such we would like to get to.

It's about efficiency, something some people have no concept of and insist on taking EVERY essentially unproductive task slowly while the rest of us want to get them done and get on with our lives.

I'm very aware and these things annoy me, my other half is the exact opposite so our shopping trips make me super angry, even more so when she gets angry at me for pointing out she's in someones way or is making it hard for other people.

Urgh!

Do you stop to let oncoming traffic through without paying any attention to the rest of the road users in the immediate vicinity?

Surely by stopping and allowing oncoming traffic through you are being aware?

If I know traffic is waiting and has been waiting for a while I'll stop and let some of them through. Absolutely nothing wrong with this.

Not like letting someone pull out in front of you and then they stop and let someone else out. If I wanted to let 2 cars out I would have :)

Aware of what is in front of you yes, did you take notice of other road users before deciding to stop?

How many cars are behind you at the time of you stopping? none? one? two? If there is a gap behind you then there is no reason for stopping to let somebody out.

Obviously I am aware of what is behind me, however, if my side has been moving for a while and the other side hasn't then the oncoming traffic could build up, covering junctions because most drivers are happy to stop in front of one and that could result in a traffic jam both ways.

Problem is here, you'll call someone a dick for stopping in front of you to let oncoming traffic through, however, if you were in the oncoming traffic you'd put your hand up in thanks. Can't please everyone all the time! People just need to start being a little more polite on the roads I think.

I am talking about a constant flow of slow moving traffic, like the sort you get when leaving an event.

Don't see that as an issue, apart from stopping to let somebody out when there is a single car behind you, that's just inefficient, why make two cars stop and start when in a few seconds you could reduce the effort to a single car starting?

Obviously it's very dependant on the situation and my comments are really aimed at the idiots who will slam the brakes on to let somebody out when in under ten seconds the way would have been clear anyway.

What i hate is walking down the street and people dont move out of the way, even when your walking next to the wall.

 This! Makes my blood boil. Who the hell do they think they are not making some effort to move out the way, i dont mean "make way for me im the boss" but in that situation the pair of us should allow each other to pass.
Especially annoying when it means you have to step down into the road. Iv started just barging into them now too.

Also another anoying thing is when people dont say thank you if you hold a door open for them or let them through a door first etc. I now say thank you loudly and sarcastically... usually puts them in their place!

Lol think im just a very angry person! :p
