I am currently considered "overweight" by 4 kgs.

Oh and I thought that BMI had been largely discredited due to the way it indicates people as being overweight when they are obviously not (bodybuilders?)

Well i have around 18% BF. Slowly getting there but yes, i am fat. I avoid BMI like the plague.

I'm considered to be just overweight by that BMI calcualtor, in the real world though I'm not overweight at all. Then again, it does consider a mate of mine to be 'obese'. It's strange how the Parachute Regt. haven't mentioned this fact to him and how he can run up mountains carrying a bergen that weighs about the same as me on his back.
