Arrest you when you land. It is part of the Nellis Bombing range and a no fly zone, so expect something fast faster with more guns escorting you to Guantanamo Bay!

There is good reason the base is a further 8 or so miles away, nobody has yet got anything close to fly over it.

How about a unmanned GPS equipped UAV - you can build them at home now :-)

Haha just fly really low, then blow up the plane ;) But stream it hehe

Its cool wondering around the area on google map earth satellite view.
Gota hate the government keeping things secret.

my thoughts are it's a handy distraction, kind of a look over there whilst where doing stuff over here type of place.
 
A51 maybe strange, but that guy who took photos and video of really big things (craft) in space were awesome. He even had video of helicopters buzzing his house all the time.

Now space is the perfect pace to hide stuff.

I heard from some guy called Page that there's an underwater facility called OceanLab just off the coast of California. He said something about a 'Universal Constructor' that they were building there, but I didn't get all of what he was saying, I'd had a few.
 
We drove down there too and were followed there and back by one of the security guys. Being in that desert though in the middle of nowhere just felt awesome.

They were really friendly at that place, if a little crazy. They're well into the whole alien idea.

Anyway, it's a very eerie place and I'd love to get in somehow. I too think it is just testing of new military equipment, aircraft, etc. but who knows? :o

BTW what did you eat at the inn? I had a burger and is was nice and nasty at the same time!

Not sure. The woman in the inn told us that that was the closest gate to the base or something like that. Took bloody ages on that terrible road though, especially in our car.

I didn't have food there, just stopped for a quick drink and a look around. It look pretty similar to that pic, just with different seats, etc. and some more alien stuff dotted around. :p
