I'm at work so hope it goes today, and have booked leave on Thursday & Friday, so won't be watching it all day long!

Won't be happening. 13:00 at the earliest. They're running well behind schedule due to overnight bad weather.

Also shuttle was a manned mission on it's first launch.

I remember it too. It was very exciting.

Also, this is only a test of the first stage rockets though? When it goes in to space it may gain a bit more interest.

I wouldn’t count on it, weather is still a problem. There are no technical issues.

Ahh, ok.

Its just the noise made when they key up the mic they are using. It sounds like what we have is a sort of general radio feed, with a commentator over the top sometimes.
