ARMA2 & OFP2 who else cant wait

Hmm, was just about to pre-order the game in conjunction with Quidco. However, just noticed a certain large high street games shop is quoting the 26th of June as the UK release. I thought I read here it was the 19th of June?.

On the previous page in this thread, post #328. However, I think they are a competitor ( they sell some PC hardware as well I see ) so I'd rather not mention the name of the place.

Are they still trading, considering a lot if not all shops closed.

Hmm save a couple of quid or get from a store I know wont run away with my money. lol

You know what?. I'm kinda thinking the same thing. :)

I'm not sure if they are "safe" to place pre-orders with. Anyone know?.

New E3 Operation Flashpoint In-Game Demo HERE

I believe the E3 demo code has a GOD mode built in for people who would like to use it, it's possible that this has been turned on for the purposes of filming this video. I think he only gets hit the once tho in the chest?

Oh, and please ignore the Jackson 5 music towards the end, that's not in the game soundtrack :)

Still can't believe it's 50% more expensive to have it digitally delivered via Steam, than to have a box, manual and DVD manufactured and shipped around with world to your door!

Steam is a great idea, but it's too expensive in cases like this! 50% MORE!!!!

I don't really remember I think they are all a bit different. GTREvo has an on and offline mode, and Halflife2 needs Steam to unpack the code even if you have the disc.

I also have Empire total war which works through Steam and was bought from an online retailer.

As for the store going bust again it was bought buy an online retail specialist company.

There are also two buttons on steam "add a none steame game" and "activate a Steam product"

The only down side may be the delivery date which is EST 4-6-09.

I've just noticed that Steam has lowered the price now £29.99.

Are they ( Steam ) saying when it will be able to be downloaded and ready to play, date wise?.

Just wondering if it would be quicker to get this on Steam or pre-order from somewhere?.

To be fair nobody seams to know for sure.

Steam still have it down for the 30th another retailer has the 29th and the rest are showing the 19th except the cheap one which hasn't got a clue.
