It has the English voice-overs, but the subtitles are in German and I've switched them off.
As for the game itself: I've played the first of several tutorials and had a sneak look into the campaign, and I'm well pleased. The last part of the first tutorial is incredibly engrossing and fun.
Possibly one problem occurred once or twice: the movement keys suddenly didn't seem to respond any more and I had to restart. But that was possibly due to me pressing some keys somewhere to see what they do, and then not being able to revert it correctly, so it might just have been me.
I could niggle a bit more about clipping issues now and then, but that would be just nit-picking, considering the overall fantastic impression I have of the whole thing.
Must resist urge to buy german version
I bought my org copy of arma from the folks at metaboli
Its nice not to have to bugger about with CD's

Anyone with Arma, is your graphics constantly blurry?
Im running at 1900x1200 and its so blurry it feels like its low resolution.
Lots of aliasing.
Already pushed it to "low" and its still blurry.
Shame we cant turn it off.
