Armpit Hair?

I have short hair on my head, and I also think people should trim their body hair.

This doesn't mean you should attack yourself with a bic razor. Just use a #2 blade on a pair of trimmers.

A trimmed bush looks a lot tidier than an untrimmed bush.

I, personally, find tidiness attractive.

No hair = no odour.

ugh but it feels horrible...really hot day and you're strolling about town with little beads of sweat rolling down your side...attractive (by yours i mean "one's") shaving doesnt stop sweating, it just stops the smell.

was it Bruce Lee who had all the sweat glands removed from his armpits? i could look it up but i cant be bothered.

Go to Advanced hair, they will stop your hair from receding :)
Shane Warne did :p

Or grow your hair long ,2 maybe 3 inches or has it receded beyond the long hair solution?
I don't like having longer hair than grade 3 or 4 now, and I don't really care about receding :)

You protest that point too much!
I don't protest it ever. People ask questions and get answers...

in the past i've tried all sorts with little or no success, however that all changed when i used my girlfriends dove roll on anti persperent , it's actually very very good for me and i buy it all the time now!

I actually just trim rather than shave it off...Gets rid of most of the smell but doesnt go all weird.

be proud of your sweat glands, and the manly scent they give you

Sweating is not correlated to hair by the way. Shaving the hair won't stop you sweating.

I'm guess: its the appearance of sweat on your clothes right? the wet patches that bother you? u in the gym or not?

if not, then being clever about wearing certain materials will solve that problem.
also, professional products designed to plug the sweat glands (anti-perspirants) might work too.

Yes you do! No one asked the question before you just protested you don't shave because you're not homo/metro. No one else brought it up. :p

Yes they did

Another vote for DriClor

I used to sweat a lot for no reason. Tried Driclor and its perfect, use once a week before bed then use regular antiperspirant after showering. :)

Pdog

Hair retains the sweat, so more hair, more old smelly sweat.. simple as

Best thing is..

Cut down the hair a bit.. dont shave it.. trim it up

Get some decent smelly stuff

Shower regularly and when you need to, dont think, ive been to the gym, but showered yesterday so i should be fine..

I dont see the big deal about shaving one's armpit. I go a step further, i shave my armpit, sixpac area and my arse (yeah i have a hairy arse). After that i take a bath and boy nothing beats that feeling.

I think it should be recommended for everyman who sweats a lot.

Doesn't this selective shaving leave you looking like a patchwork quilt? If I shaved random bits of my body hair off it would look really weird

Nah not really, i had to be selective as they tend to grow more in some areas than the other, my pac area grows so much it hurts when i put on my boxer so i have to trim them down. The other areas are just for hygeine reasons - i have a coarse, tough hair and i suffer from "in-grow" hair like most black men. :)
