It's my own stupid fault for purchasing the wrong product, I purchased the HD upgrade which is the upgrade for nero 10, I have nero 9.
They say they cannot refund my money unless I purchase nero 10.
Why should I have to purchase nero 10 for them to refund my £19.99 ?
Is there not a 7 day period where you are legally allowed a refund ?
It's not like I can use what I bought.
No joy, had yet another email from them, after me telling them I was going to contact trading standards, they will not refund my money.
I know it was my mistake, but I have learned a valuable lesson, I will never ever purchase another nero product, terrible customer service.
How come they cannot give me a refund, but if I purchase nero 10 for £49.99 they are then willing to refund my £19.99. not happy.
