ARRRRGGHH , but it's so small ...

Couldn't do without the iphone/ipod on my nightshifts. Currently listening to The Sword - Warp Riders, nice heavy Sabbathesque riffing with some great melodies! Nightshifts never sounded so good!

Occasionally listen to world service if i'm in the mood for some chat.

What you've just posted contains incalculable talent compared to what is constantly playing when you turn the radio on.

I am so gald I can stick my metal on whenever I want. MP3 players/ipods are a lifesaver lol.

if you look on capital fm's facebook ive commented on this atleast 30 times with others doing the same and nothing changes, its the only station i get a decent reception to at work aswell :(

I do have to say the last 3 weeks have been a lot better, the rhiana love im april/may was just shocking even asking for likness between her and the queen i mean c'mon get a grip capital

Have to listen to heart FM at work, every day is a challenge not to go murder happy.

'more music variety!'

'coming up the weather girls - its raining men, followed by the weather girls - its raining men, shortly after the weather girls - its raining men, but to follow on the the weather girls - its raining men its the weather girls - its raining men'

And all the male presenters are blatantly 100% gay, 'oh i love take that, who doesnt?'

Magic FM for night time driving

Jack JM if you are commuting past oxford :)

Agreed Capital is utter drivel, but on par in terms of terribleness as lowest common denominator radio 1.

I don't have an issue with Absolute as they have a no repeat guarantee in the same day... but each week it feels like it's the same playlist over and over :(

They're ok if you listen to them a couple of times a week otherwise it's mp3s.

It is the same playlist each day bar one or two songs. You'll get at least 2 Police songs, Adele will play at about 1 and at least 2 REM songs.

We have Crapitol FM in the wagons at work, 90% of the drivers like it. Been out delivering with some old folks and we had Smooth FM and Radio 2 on, much much better compared to Capitol.

That's why I hardly listen to pop radio stations - though I do listen to things like LBC and BBC London. I must be getting old if I listen to talk radio! :o I tend to channel hop a lot if listening to any music radio.

Try Pirate FM in Cornwall. It's so unbearable that it eventually becomes comfortable and dare I say it, charming.

you're not wrong there!
GFs office has it on all day, think there's 5-6 songs that they have NONE STOP.
when did you get the pleasure of listening to pirate?

Been working/living in Cornwall since January last year! Back then they played that annoying Fireflies song and Bad Romance ALL DAY LONG.
