Currys interview 'humiliation' as graduate 'made to dance'

Hahaha that's hilarious!!

Was nothing like my interview there when i was 16 going for my first job.

The article quotes a currys spokesperson saying that store didn't follow the official recruitment process. Knowing how braindead half the store managers/deputy managers are, they probably decided they'd have a laugh with new recruits and make them all embarrassed.

Do they play PJ & Duncan over the tannoy? I know a few places who/used to play them at 'Rumble' time.

It's all the buzzword bullcrap in retail that I hate. Rumbles, huddles, que-busters, "team-fill" etc. It's so tacky but people just go along with it.

I wouldn't go to an Asda interview and if I turned up to any interview that was like that I'd probably walk out too.

But so many people looking for work, any work, they know people will turn up and go along with it.

- Why do you want to work at ASDA?

Stupid question, anyone who wants to work at Asda on the shop floor want it for the money and thats all.
