Is he still having issues with crysis 3? RE: now deleted thread.
Performance will be bad if his OS has bad IO resulting in core parking where it shouldn't be doing it.
Cryengine is VERY core heavy. If they are parked the game will run like pap

The op seems to have issues with every component/game/software he has purchased. He's got a bit of a fetish for rma'ing stuff.
