Just as well this board is around as my A7N8X deluxe decided to pack it in over the weekend. I replaced it and my Barton 3000+ with the ASRock board and an E6600. A very good upgrade for £260ish me thinks. My spec is now
Conroe E6600
2 x 512 PC3200 DDR
Nvidia 6900GT
2 x 250Gb WD Hard Drives
I ran some benchmarks against my dads PC (same spec as I had before) and it blows it away.
In real world applications the difference is significant as well, before I could encode high quality divx footage at a max of 15fps, now I can do it at 75fps
If anyone wants any specific benchmark scores or tests running let me know!
