The mods are endless for this game. How does one play Assetto and not know about the modding community?!

I love the idea of this game, it ticks soo many boxes of things i would like in a racing game, but i just don't have the space for a Wheel and pedal set up, im guessing Gamepad support isnt reccommended?

It used to be difficult, but Ilja, the man behind completely changing this game has now implemented Gamepad FX support, so controllers are perfectly fine now, you can fine tune to your liking, this is a recommended preset that a lot of people use: https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/a7-assist-gamepad-fx.53941/

@jonneymendoza I don't know if you're aware as I just read your previous post about controllers not being good, but see above.

Finally got round to testing the Pad Assist mod for this, and while it is better than stock, i still find the car difficult to recover oversteer/understeer.

I find it hard to recover from oversteer/understeer with a G29 wheel, i think it's a skill issue

Looks like a more ready version of the AMS2 story mode, just not sure if there will be enough space to add this to existing mod libarary lol

Do you use Content Managers compression tool? you can gain 50% back in space with no quality loss.

To be honest no, I haven’t touched the game in a while. Been playing ACC more than anything ranking up on LFM. But ill look up on content manager for that tool
