I also just cancelled. Not a heavy user particularly, but after several months of no problems, I've had nothing but missing parts over the last couple of weeks.

Time to find a new provider.

I've just quit Astraweb too as I was getting too many failures / incompletes. Not sure who has the best deals at the moment as I blagged a Black Friday special last week.
