Just an update in case someone stumbles up on this thread and they're considering the Zotac 4070ti Super Trinity
Thermals are really good, under full load I don't see the card exceed 70c and this is with fans only around 40%. The fans are almost entirely silent at that level and I've not yet seen them ramp up anymore than 40%
This card does have some pretty bad coil whine. I've owned a fair few cards over the past 10 years and they've all had coil whine, some worse than others. This card is probably near top of the list, it absolutely screams in certain games @ 165fps, but I'm not overly concerned because I do know how much of a lottery coil whine is and I'm certainly not going to be playing the return game with this card, I'll suck it up and deal with it and hope it lessens over time, although I know that's unlikely.
Curious to know if there's any PSU's that are coil while busters, I know people used to think the GPU+PSU combo could be to blame
