im having similar issues tried everything discussed in this thread, gonna give everything another go today if not i think i'll have to rma board,ask for refund and buy something else.
I have a cheap GPU coming tomorrow, so I will test that, already pretty sure thats not the problem but need to get it off the tick list, it would then leave either bad RAM or a bad Mobo, or even maybe a bad CPU.
