Asus RMA support

Gigabyte better then asus ?

In my experience they are just as dreadful, hard to get an RMA with them and they took 4 days to reply to my support request for my gfx card, someone replied who barely knew any English and barely helped me at all, producing just a standard response telling me what I already knew.

Hmmm, Gigabyte have always been good with me.. I once RMA'd a K8NXP SLI mobo, and they repaired it and got it back to me in about 10 days which I thought was good..

Also I have contacted them quite a lot recently regarding my UD5 mobo, and they are always quick to respond to me webnotes, and they even told me that I could send my mobo, RAM and CPU off to them to have their technicians test it out to see if they could replicate the issues I was experiencing...

Got my rma back today. Its a chinese board (everything is in the chinese characters) but at least its here.

Now to sell the sod :/

yeah the asus RMA takes ages. I sent off a board at around the same time you did and i got mine back yesterday. over a month is too long for an RMA.

+ you have to pay £16 if your supplier can't RMA it. In my case i bought from the b grade section and I found it was broken when finally managed to get all the parts together; this was a month after purchacing so they refused to let me return it :(
