dude you have got some uber jigsaw skills..

any tips on blades etc? gonna have to get past my obsession with the dremel.

Thanks for the comps guys :) the cutter i use most is like a knurled cutter (will post a pic as soon as photobucket is back up) it cuts through most things pretty easily, i trim fibreglass for a living so cutting grinding shaping is part of my job so it's just an extension of that i reckon ;)

Extended the cables to the bulgin switch today and tested it, works fine, and spent a bit of time braiding. Going to get some more ambers next and braid them and make a little board and glue 4, 3 pin fan extensions to it and site it behind the motherboard tray for the ambers.

OK,

just got one of these myself, a silver one which is being anodised black outside AND inside ;)

3 x 120.1 rad in the roof, 1 each for the gfx cards and one for the cpu/nb..

Still slightly concerned about the hole cutting because I want to cut out almost the entire footprint of the rad NOT the fan, so large square holes.

Can anyone give me some pointers before I grab the dremel and cover the bodge with a fan grill?

made up and braided the top usb ports, took me ages to solder but worth it :p

Decided on an aluminium mesh grill for the fan and had to thin the plastic on the corners of the fan for the rivets to fit

need a trip to OC now for some more fans :)

Have you tried fitting the grill on the inside, reckon it would look neater especially with such clean cuts, and would match the window.

Does the top USB block the top 5 1/4 bay, or have you modded the connector block?

Yep it does but i'm hoping i can put a fan controller in the top bay, will have to get one to find out if it's a problem. The mesh grill is the one i was going to put on the window :p need to get another one now :p i've put it on the top because of inquisitive grandkids I have 3 ranging from 1-6 yo, so i think better safe than sorry for now :)
