Holy ****! Thats just amazing Dremel work!!! How did you get the square USB ports though with the round cutter?

as close to the egde as poss and then needle file :)

Decided to go with my original idea and have the grill on the outside, need another one now for the window side of the case not sure whether to just have a airhole or connect a fan to it, would you say a side fan is necessary?

Probably not, you might end up with a vacuum or something.

That's amazing dremel work though. Any chance of a guide when this is all done and dusted?

- The grill does look better on the outside.

Got 6 ambers this weekend and put them in, decided to make a bracket for the fan extensions (for the four back fans)from the scrap from the top cutout,

massive vote from me for that!

I have a half knackered pc70 which I'm nursing back to life for a full inside and out anodise (planned black but might change my mind) so any tips for ninja dremeling would be hugely appreciated.

fan extensions now bolted in, just thought i'd try the side panel to see if it fits ok, which it does, but glad i tried it cus i masked up the wrong side panel for the window  was going to cut it today too  so so glad i didn't :)

Would love to know that too, so if you post here that would be great :) Would it cut through Chieftec Steel... ?

looks very much like number 562 on this page. Says its a tile cutter but it also says tiles are stronger than metal, tbh I imagine thats at least true with 2mm alu but not sure about steel.

More info here doesn't appear to be any other dremel bit it could be..

I NEED to know! I want to buy one tomorrow and get playing!
