ok maybe saying lots of high quality content is over exaggerating. I only spent last night watching a view videos. But from what i did listen to is was a bit above your average youtube curd. I think they would have to be if they are taking in $1000+ per video.
I've noticed a lot of YouTube artists using Patreon recently so that they can provide better music videos to their songs and help out with the costs of performing gigs, like equipment, travel, lodgings etc. It's a really good idea. Reminds me of the Kickstarter thing, where people are free to donate if they like the product.
More like gittip. Although there's a whole feminist **** storm over gittip at the minute.

There is a vibrant rich debate across many atheist forums and communities across the internet. But you wouldn't know about that would you because you haven't bothered to look. You're just content making off the cuff snarky remarks on a computer forum. Ignorance is bliss I guess.

I'm considering a career making Youtube videos that express personal opinions about those that use Youtube videos to express their own views about what people should or should not believe in.

Doesn't matter to you whether it's true or not or anything, you just say it cause it makes you feel good. You think atheists are walking around constantly thinking to themselves, 'I'm superior to everyone else' ? You have no idea what you're talking about. Stop projecting your insecurities on everyone else would be my advice to you. Jeez, you're 29, you should be past this stuff by now.

Most atheists don't feel the need to go on a pro atheist website over 10 years, so no, not all atheists do that. You are amazingly defensive over criticism of the OP, who is basically begging for money for a friend, because lets face it, the other guy holds the same opinions you do.
How is going on a forum that is relevant to you making you superior? Are we superior because we are on a computer enthusiast forum?
