No 12.3 and 12.4 leave my second card in constant 3D power mode.

12.4 drivers are ace. I had problems with the 12.3 and the earlier ones. It took me a couple of tries to find the best driver for my crossfire. Still not perfect but 12.4 has been the most stable.
There were a few problems in the beginning with my two 7950 that nearly made me send them back and opt for an Nvidia card but so far so good. Still waiting for them to fix a few things though.
When it works, it really works. The performance of my two 7950 cards in crossfire is staggering coming from a GTX 570.
