right i have £300 bad boys for new card . i am a big fan of nvidia.but could go ati if there is a better card :confused: .

i run two screens one 20 inch tft monitor @ 1680 by 1050

and 2nd monitor is my 32 inch lcd tv @ 1920 by 1080

be nice to get one not to loud as run films on tv and i do play a lot of games /music production

For those res's you don't need to spend £300, save yourself a tonne or more and go for an ATI 5850 or maybe an Nvidia GTX480.

I'm going to go out on a limb here, but since you've got a suitable motherboard and PSU already going Crossfire or SLI would make sense. £300 will get you a pair of pre-overclocked Radeon 6850s (like these) and there's no single card for that price that offers anything like the same performance.
 
Thats fair enough, in my opnion you dont need to spend that much

480 Slightly better performance compared to the 6950 (flashed) but runs hotter

6950 (flashed) runs cooler, less power and slightly less performance but not by much.

Depends what you are looking for in a card, but if you buy any of these 2 cards you wont be disappointed :) plus you will save some money! :D
