'Yeah I don't think it'll work like that even though I haven't looked into it' is the most infuriating response I have ever had in my life. It will literally work like that. It is incredibly simple. SOPA wants sites to have permission to host copyrighted content, and those found to be hosting copyrighted material without permission will be blacklisted.
