attic + summer = bad bad bad

45 idle is pretty hot on water, is this atm or during the day? I'm loading at 48 on minimum fan speed atm but fan needs to be turned up to 4000rpm during the day to keep it under 50
 
its wired because i went from 50oC on air to 45oC on water and i reseated the cpu block loads of time and i cant get it any lower
 
Idling at 34C here, goes up to 40C - 42C when running Guild Wars or BF2.

I'm glad it isn't in the attic though, I went up there earlier and the temp was pushing 40C because I'd forgotten to open the two windows which when closed act like a greenhouse. Great in winter, absolute hell in summer!
