i recently had a corporate day and drove

Porsche 966
Impreza Group A Rally Car
Ferrari 355
Ferrari 360
Lotus Exige
Audi RS4

and the one id buy....?

RS4

Build, Stealth Factor, and felt the quickest AWESOME! unbelieveably quick and sounds lovely.

S4 will be similar I guess apart from power

I looked at these, nice cars, quick but they just look really old now inside and out and there isnt much to seperate them looks wise from a £900 95 1.8 A4..

New one is B7, the B5 RS4 was made bewteen 2000-2002.

The same could be said of a 97 E39 5 series looking the same as the M5

I thought the car the OP was talking about was the one made in 1998-1999?

Thats the one I looked at but didnt like. The later one is nice.

I was on about the RS4, the B5 S4 was made 98-2002.

The B6 is nicer and modern, but lacks turbo's

It could be said but it wouldn't be nearly as accurate

The S4 bi turbo is a lovely car. I've not driven one but personally I'd have ot over the equivalent M3 any day.
