Australian Grand Prix 2010, Melbourne - Race 2/19

Yea, Hams isn't going to like being second to Button though, expect some sulking if this continues :P Joking aside looks like Redbull and Ferrari have the legs on everyone else, if the race is cool I think RB will walk it, a warmer race will suit Ferrari should they not run into engine trouble.

Just watched it delayed. As no one else has mentioned it, I am now taking bets on who takes out that cone when they are all on track in the race. :D

Clearly it didn't rain because I was snoozing. ;) Will try harder tomorrow.

Well done Vettel (although i'd have preferred Webber for his home GP) and I think thats the best Button could have hoped for, shame he's got Fred so close!

Hamilton is really not having a great weekend so far is he? 11th on the grid, in trouble with the rozzers....hope he does better tomorrow. Also hope he doesn't do anything too wild off the grid given how turn 1 has caused some moments over the years!

Well 5am start :D that was a good session some dissapointment with McLaren but well this happends! still 2nd race so not expecting much! Happy that JB is 4th i just hope he can own alonso at the start. What a lap Vet put in! now thats how to race! :D Happy for webber also!

a lot of talk about the diffuser and whatnot & again McLaren taking the grunt of it for having a bigger hole at the back!

What about the teams running lower in qually and then rasing the chasis ofc McLaren are working on that aspect anyway :P

Was out on the razz last night and still managed to get up for qualifying

How storming was that lap from Vettel? In the last sector he was running the knife edge between an amazing time and putting it in the wall - awesome stuff, love hot laps like that.

If RBR can carry that form and hold reliability for the race, it's going to be tricky for anyone to challenge them.

I hope sunama didn't miss Button comfortably out-performing Hamilton ;)

Interesting qually, damn those red bulls are silly quick.

Feel sorry for Webber, fastest of anyone in S1 and S3 but must've made a mistake or two in the middle sector.

But Vettel, right on the ragged edge, awesome to watch.

Shame for Hamilton, got knows what was going on at the end of Q2 as he should've been in Q3 easily going from Q1's times...

And Schumacher less than half a tenth behind Rosberg, getting there at least :p

Vettel needs to wave his finger one more time, he's only done it about 15 times already. :D

That gets on my **** for some reason. I can't like the guy, you can see he's a schumi in the making with his arrogance and tantrums when it doesn't go his way.

Any doubt now that Red Bull is by far the fastest car?

As I said the car is awesome in low fuel and then on full tanks has impressive grip. Then the advantage of running 10 kilos lighter at the start of gp will see them ok for 3/4s of the race.

Impressive car to be faster in both scenarios. I hope webber can get the drop on vettel and the start but I don't think he will live with vettels pace. I want vettel to be put under more pressure but at the minute it doesn't look like anyone is fast enough.

Oh and to steal a line from sunama, Button did a good job getting the car where it shouldn't be. Hamilton showed the true pace of the mclaren and Button dragged it further up the grid ;)

Glad it's not just me, really irritates me with all his finger wagging making him hard to like. Fair enough he's quick, and still young, but he doesn't yet have any 'class' to him when in a winning position.
