I know DRS is the wing moving thing, but what does it stand for?

DRS system is annoying the hell out of me already.

Can only use it after the first 2 laps.
Can only use it if you're within a second of the driver in front at a certain point on the track
Can only use it for 700meters
Can only use it if you have a q in your name on the 3rd weekend of the month

DRS is a failure then? HAHA! I can't believe how restrictive the DRS is anyway. Essentially they are limiting all overtaking to one corner, they may as well be doing oval racing!

DRS and KERS for the car behind, KERS for the car in front.

The problem is that you need to have the rear wing closed to brake - it doesn't help where it's needed - in the braking zone...

Add to that the new tyres going steadily off further reducing ability of a following car to get into a passing position.
