He's the runaway leader of the championship so far. It's in Merc's interest.

I know, but being wrong won't stop people banging on about this for years, this is F1.
Remember the forensic analysis if Vettel and flags at Brazil a couple of years back that went on for weeks with people wanting him to be stripped of the title?
Lol Rosberg trying to pull a Hamilton move but damages his own car. I'm probably the only person here hoping they would have taken each other out.
Grosjean says Hi.
These are supposed to be the best drivers on the planet, the pinnacle of motor racing drivers, yet you have a driver in the best car on the grid who drives like an online public lobby racer, Nico is an absolute disgrace, should be left to hang out to dry by the team as an example of what happens when you dont play fair, its not the first time hes tryed this sort of thing, and if they keep covering for him is sure as hell wont be the last.
But why are they defending Rosberg so stubbornly when they could blame him and give them reason to replace him with Wehrlein? It doesn't make sense, Rosberg clearly cheated and he is being defended by the team boss.
Sounds like bait but Hamilton has never done something like this
That's just me being devils advocate. I actually think that was some terrible driving, Rosberg should have realise he'd lost the position and tucked in behind for second.
Your assumingbit was a mistake. Between what Toto said and on board. It looks very much like a calculated move.
Toto said his break where dead, so would have lost the lead anyway. He tried perserving his championship lead.
**EDIT** Actually, I'm not sure on that turning in thing. You would expect a little wouldn't you.
I tried... go on, someone else have a go at justifying it. I think I failed.
If Rosberg didn't have any brakes, he shouldn't be trying to our brake Lewis into that corner.
He was shown the onboard right there and then where it is clear Rosberg didn't even try and turn in, and all he says 'it was brake failure'. His driver intentionally tried to take his own teammate out and break both cars in the process. He should be furious with Rosberg but all he is doing is making excuses for him.I dont understand the toto bashing. Hes always miffed as you would expect a good team principle to be when both his drivers collide. He was just as annoyed as in Spa when it was Rosberg's fault.
