At the moment I think Norris ought to let Lewis by, don't ruin tyres fighting him but Bottas should be easy enough to keep behind
 
Keep him behind without using the tyre?

It doesn’t look like the merc can pass easily on track. Worth making them work for the place surely, never know how things will work with stops and traffic, but at least there is a fighting chance for second.

*edit- LH will be surely doing more damage to his tyres in dirty air attempting to pass for 20 laps rather than LN will take with him behind.
 
5 second penalty for Tsunoda - crossing the line at pit entry

Also, Tsunoda lap time deleted - track limits turn 10. Not a good lap for him.
