How amazing is this stuff :D.

Never actually required it's services before but I decided to give my new stainless pipe a polish

Before it barely looked stainless it was very dull with a lot of tarnish. A quick pop down to my local DIY store for a tube of this stuff and then half an hour later I can't believe the results...

Amazing stuff. Anyone else swear by it?, is this infact the best polish on the market?

It's amazing - a few weeks ago made the GF get down on all fours and polish my exhaust tip while I cleaned the rest of the car - it hadn't been done in over 2 years and it came out looking almost brand new!

Massive tube of it only cost me £3. Spot on. The inner edge of the pipe was pretty much black before. I'm chuffed with the outcome :)

Wow nice results! I tried it but didn't get anywhere near your result :( Contemplating using AG Wheel Cleaner on the stubborn diesel deposits, which will hopefully break them down. Anyone tried doing this? I also should maybe invest in some wire wool as only using a normal cloth at the moment.

Autosol is awesome stuff, my mate bought an old Honda Rebel, must have it was quite rusty, the autosol made it look pretty much brand new.

Any biker worth his salt will have at least one tube of Autosol in his tool box. That and an impact driver.

IIRC Autosol is abrasive.
I don't think it should be used on anything chrome plated, because it will eventually remove the chrome!
It's not really a polsih either. Use Brasso or similar after Autosol to get a really good shine.

Yeah, says on the packaging NOT to use it on chrome.

It really is awesome stuff. Beats any other metal polish I've used.

When I bought the car...

I recently bought some Autoglym Metal Polish which isn't half as good :(

But it does advertise the fact you can use it on chrome on the packaging but then says do not use on alloy wheels, chrome motorcycle trim or chrome finished plastic.

Wow great results AGW.

Autosol is amazing stuff. I recently used it to clean up my old Apexi exhaust to sell it. The exhaust was really manky, you wouldn't believe the back box was even stainless steel. A bit of Autosol action and it looked as good as new :cool:
