I would've thought it'd be more likely to be filmed in IMAX resolution since the whole film is done in CGI (I think), which means its just a case of changing the rendering resolution.AFAIK This film is not filmed in IMAX. It will be like other "normal films" shown in IMAX (They normally upscale the film (DMR) and use borders so it will not take up the full IMAX screen).

The IMAX tickets in Birmingham are only £9 too - cheaper than the director's lounge screens at my local Showcase.

How long will this be shown for on imax screens, id imagine a massive film like this with its cost will be milked a little more than others?
i only ask as i have just tryed to book 2 premiere seats and the damn things fully booked for the next 5 days or so for the time i want lol
