Avoding Speeding Fines

Erm, lot of people are doing it and many are faster than this! Seen it everyday on roads in Northern Ireland...

i think....think he may have been joking :p

But anyway, what a moron. Who does that?!

On the other hand 12 months prison is fairly harsh, considering people who are in violent street fights etc don't even get near that - AND the fact that prisons are supposedly full and they have to release dangerous prisoners early.

Should have accepted the death certificate and exported him to Pakistan in a coffin.

Oh come one, we were all thinking it.

LOL - complimentary "Send him back" comment.

12 month jail term
Thats a bit harsh, i am by no means defending the idiot but people get less than that for things which are lots worse in my opinion.

It's the lying to the court and submission of faked papers that would do it.
Speeding is a minor offence as far as the courts are concerned (at least for lower levels), hence it's usually done by NIP/post.

You lie to the courts and you are in for a lot of trouble if found out as it's considered a fairly serious offence against the legal system in general.
Much the same way driving without a licence doesn't always have a particularly harsh penalty, but driving whilst under a court imposed ban often does (as you're ignoring the court order).

I know what your saying, but how often do you hear about scumbags mugging old ladies for a couple of quid for there next fix and they get a couple of hours community service!

Just think its a waste of time throwing him in the slammer, he's hardly a danger to the public or anything.

He should be doing community service if anything.

He should be banned for life from driving and jailed for longer. Serves him right, he clearly has no respect for the law considering the speeds at which he was caught. Consider he was probably doing higher speeds in between the times he was caught.
