It's the lying to the court and submission of faked papers that would do it.
Speeding is a minor offence as far as the courts are concerned (at least for lower levels), hence it's usually done by NIP/post.
You lie to the courts and you are in for a lot of trouble if found out as it's considered a fairly serious offence against the legal system in general.
Much the same way driving without a licence doesn't always have a particularly harsh penalty, but driving whilst under a court imposed ban often does (as you're ignoring the court order).
