Thats is good, but I think it will be hard to beat this -

Back when Orange first came out I joined up and had one of their Motorola phones. I managed to break it one night by snapping the (full size) SIM card inside it. Don't ask me how, but I did. I called them at around 10pm at night, only to be apologised to that they could not get a replacement to me till between 1 & 2 the following day.

Got home at about midnight and at 12:45 am I got a knock on the door. Some chaps in a car had turned up with a new phone! I just signed and gave him the broken one.

Less than three hours.

I find this either hard to believe or you have a business/personal account and pay a lot extra for some very high class service.

Good job OcUK :).

I love our support deal with Dell at work. Had a fault with one of the Storage Processors on one of the SANs at work this week and as per our contract in under four hours a shiny new part was delivered .

I can believe it :). My Dad's been with Orange for his personal phone since before they were called Orange (Hutchison in the early 90s) and says that back then the service was better as it was all far more exclusive. Even so these days he doesn't do too badly out of them as they look up on the computer and see he's a customer of 20years.
Apparently he had a business phone through work before that (late 80s?), but I don’t know the details (even more expensive I imagine!)

lol

another reason to be happy you live in the UK....

3 days minimum for me for me unless I pay £££££s

That is not amazing that is inline with my expectations, another site offers ordering up-to 11pm for next day delivery.

This. I don't know why are always so amazed when products ordered for next day delivery turn up the next day.

I rarely pay postage, if there is a free option, I take it.

As most stuff is processed at the warehouse in the same timeframe anyway...

I live in belgium I can assure you there is rarely if ever a free option. Unless the item is over 125€

better than the royal mail

''sorry we missed you''

you missed me because you didn't knock on the door!

Yeah, because its easier to grab the parcel, write out the missed you note and post it and then carry the parcel around, than just knock on door and hand over the parcel

No...They carry around the little note already filled out and just post it thorough your letter box so they don't have to walk around with the parcel...
