Awful gamerscore...

I have about 1400 and owned one since about launch, some are decent achievements though such as completing PGR3 on platinum, I don't bother chasing the mickey mouse ones just for the sake of getting points.

It adds the game sometimes

One good example i took saints row at a nice pace and completed the main story however trying ro get the mni mission ach (except tags/cds) was fun and took a while so if they werent there be less value for money

You are not alone my friend. I picked up my 360 around April 2006 and my gamerscore stands at 2748, with 600 of those coming from me Assassins in the last week, and about 800 from my sister finishing Kameo :cool: The main reason for this is that I went many months just simply downloading demos instead of buying games :D

My gamerscore isn't great, but I don't criticise anyone who feels their gamerscore adds to their enjoyment, just as I don't criticise those who don't bother with it.

Perfect example of each to their own.
 
Just imagine what all those people with massive post counts and/or achievement points could have achieved with their lives if they weren't always online ;)
 
I don't go out to try to get achievements usually, only went for a couple especially and that was in PGR4, most games I just play and if the achievement comes up then great, iff not I'm not bothered.

Had my 360 now about 3 months, 1600 odd points.
 
I don't particuarly hunt for achievements either, but it does make you feel better about yourself that you've still "achieved" something even though you're supposed to be doing some work :D

i enjoying getting some of the achievements. It definatley makes me play games more than once and actually give some of them a chance to be good. Have had mine almost a year now and although some games i have got simply because of points (mainly on rental) i can't think of a game i haven't enjoyed.
 
I bought a 360, played it twice and it's sat in it's box doing nothing ever since. So my gamerscore probably isn't that good...

edit: my gamerscore is 25
