Awkward flatmate issue...

Tell her to jog the **** on. Sounds like she was brought up in a cotton wool world.

Do you get on with her bf, next time they are in the kitchen and shes upset you should run in screaming "SURPRISE BUTTSECKS" and start dry humping him :D

Yes, and my OH is a doctor (surgeon now) working for the NHS - its not big or clever being so drunk you end up in hospital, it just shows great immaturity, selfishness and a lack of control.

Mate it's called being a student :p

Although I can completely see where you are coming from, 99% of the student population are like this, and just giving a slap on the wrist to one of them is going to make absolutely sod all difference so no point bothering.

Meh....most of the nurses and doctors I know are complete and utter ****heads....
Oh, and I've never got that drunk that I have ended up in hospital!....I always pass out in the gutter before I get there :p

Hey, why hasn't no one mentioned punching her in the ovaries?

Also, why don't you just sleep with her? this is rumored to solve hundreds of issues.

I'd guess i know more of them than you, and certainly more senior ones. Yes, some are asd you say a little heavy on the drink, but most arent and you certainly dont find them in A&E from drinking too much as they would quickyl lose thewir jobs.

As for it being normal student behavior - this is also probably true, doesnt make it right or clever, it really should be stopped and 1 less doing it is a step in the right direction :)

//boring old fart mode off - i'm going to get me a drink :D (only 1 mind)

Sounds like shes a little immature jealous bitch. Tell her that if she doesnt like you then she can do one. When i was in halls there was me, two other guys and 2 girls. Both the girls didnt really speak to each other whilst me and the 2 guys all got on fine. Both girls ended up moving out after 2 months, of of the guys i didnt see after the year because he moved home, the other one im very good mates with and still live with after 7 years

Maybe control your alcohol intake a bit more. That or go with the flow of Mission :) I was on the bridge last week watching the scuba police in the river, think he was fished out after a few days.

Be careful in Leeds. Saying this i'm just having a few drinks now then meeting mates and going to Riff Raff @ West Indian Centre :)

Creep into her room at night and say (name made up for purposes of suggestion): "Lucy, can I sleep in your bed tonight?", ignore whatever she replies with and just say "Okay great", then pull the duvet back and snuggle in.

Go from there :)

Kids and their drink, they never learn.

They do, they have fun and then grow up to become responsible adults who then have fun in a different manner.

Its part of life, and is perfectly acceptable in my eyes (okay i'm biased being a student and all) within reason.

I drink very heavily as do most of the people i know. We go out and get drunk, go dancing or go kebabing, occasionally puke and survive.

We don't cause havok, damage or a strain on the services so where is the harm?
