Is there no comparisons to merc and red bulls ride heights? The snippet we saw of Karun and Toto discussing in the background of some sky f1 interviews was them discussing ride heights. Did Karun do that bit to camera?

Ferrari have bad bouncing also, the helmet cam from leclerc makes you wonder how he can see properly. Thry don't seem to be hitting the floor though?

F1 is already a physically demanding sport, Hate to think what the long term affect of this porpoising is having on the spine. Valtteri Bottas has warned 'porpoising' in Formula 1 is "getting quite serious" and believes it could cause injuries to drivers. Lets hope FIA listens to the feedback from all these drivers & makes sensible changes for next year.

Reading the artical about redbulls floor it seems to make a lot of sense, it implies the floor is deeper but narrower so a change in ride height has a smaller impact on flow cross sectional area and hence less choking. This must imply that the sealing at the edge of the floor is relatively independent of ride height.
Looks like that will be what they all converge on and refine.

Boring race really. Looks like RBR are starting to run away with it.

I think Perez leaned on his tyres too early in both stints, but presumably he was being told what pace to aim for by his engineer?

And those pit stop delays…….

However, even after accounting for those Perez was nowhere. It just seems like his race craft is lacking and he drops off like he has lost interest.

Max is looking dominant, as is the RBR package.

I heard tell of some regulation changes incoming relating to purpoising. Hopefully it will make things a bit safer.
