I've bought single items before but has anyone experience with buying multiple? Do I offer prices for each or a bundle total?

I'm pretty flexible with a couple of parts too so didnt want to offer on all of them, more than happy to sort of take what works for me and OCUK.
 
If our offer is below their expectations, do we get a counter-offer, or do they just reject it?
I'm just not sure what a reasonable offer would be. I'm assuming a ~20% discount on top of the price of an unopened item.

Depends. Sometimes you'll get a counter offer, other times they'll just say they can't accept the offer.
 
Does open box mean used? or ex display?

Probably a silly question but another online pc parts place told me their open box stuff means used.

"B Grade items may have been used, have damaged packaging, missing accessories or a combination of these (Motherboards may be missing I/O shields).

Some items may have scuff marks or slight scratches but should otherwise be an operable product."
