**B-GRADE: HOT DEALS TO BE HAD!!**

Ah well, won't bother with b grade clearout sales anymore, can do without a few hundred quid missing from my cc balance for a week with nothing to show for it :p

I must stress CS did offer me a brand new one for £290 for the hassle.

It doesn't change the fact people ordered units ranging from a few hours to a day later and still got one, surely the orders would stack in the order they were placed, first come first serve etc...

This is the point I tried to make when I complained, but they didn't address it when they replied, just saying 'oversold'. Incidentally when I rang to cancel I was offered a new one for £300, someone else has posted they were quoted £290, so no consistency there either. At £290 I may have taken the plunge, but hey-ho.

I was offered a retail model instead, I did take it since it was worth it imho but i got some extras included ;) should arrive today, i shall be unimpressed if it is not Immaculate!

Got the laptop, all looks well so far need to wait till I've finished work to crank it up though.
No Haribo though :(

The Samsung RF511, haven't completely unwrapped it yet because I'm at work but I opened the box and had a quick look and it all looks brand new.

My new Asus 144hz is so huge that I bought a new desk today. It was over £400 new and got it for £14 off ebay:D My old one was just too small for my case and monitor.

It looks awesome now:)

Yep - MSI GE60 0ND427uk

Looks good so far (appears brand new), not sure if anything is missing though? I'm installing all my crap now, but it will take a few days to get a really good impression of it.

Anyone will tell you that B0grade is a bit of a punt, you might get a perfect retail example, or you might not. You have to decide whether or not you can afford that risk. That said though, all b-grade items come with at least 90days worth of warranty with OCUK + any remaining manufacturers warranty, so it's not as big a risk as it first appears imo.

Just opened my laptop. All in perfect condition only thing was the manual and recovery disk was missing but I'll be putting a clean install on it anyway so it doesn't make any difference.

Thanks for the feedback on the laptops guys.

Not worried about things going wrong as if they do, they should give up the ghost within the first few weeks and be covered by the OCUK warranty.

I was more concerned about either dead pixels, scratches or missing PSU.

Now you have your laptops, how can you tell how much of the original warranty is remaining ?

Good luck with your new toys

boo. my mobo was a plan board, no box or anything, bit dissapointed after the grade b gigabyte. all that was missing from that was a driver disc. advertised as having a box with it. :(

Thats the Asus 27" i got yesterday , and i love it :)....the smaller one next to it is an LG...and i dont like it at all
