Babies...

My GP commented, as I walked in with our baby, how cute he was. I said that he probably made the same comment to all the new mums and dads that he sees, no matter how ugly the baby. He said he didn't, only when the babies really were cute. When I asked him what he said about the ugly ones, he told me his standard response was, "Doesn't he look like his Dad?"

exactly what my mum said until she hit 31 then she had to have several babies.

A lot of people think they will never have kids. but as you grow older your priorities change and your feelings change.

I've managed to feel like this for 10 years. Somehow I doubt I'm going to change my mind. :D

That's a good thing.
Not really. but thats a different topic. always better economically to be expanding. especially as people are living older.

I've managed to feel like this for 10 years. Somehow I doubt I'm going to change my mind. :D

Taht's what a lot of people say there entire life. Then one day they just turn around and say they have to have them.

Chavs & Inbreds need to be capped to 1 child per family, with any more in the family these should be infertile, upon birth they should be checked to have a sustainable income and safe living environment for the baby, and be able to teach it right from wrong, those with superior genes, better education and respect for others should be encouraged to pop 'em out like rabbits. :p

Oh and yeh babies are alright, they can't really do much though.

Well that's different to what you initially said. I just don't the idea of overcrowding, but that's a long way off.

Well 1) Theres been a fall in births, and 2) A change in who has them. Both of which are detrimental. The kind of overcrowding you are talking about is indeed a long way off. We have no need to cram ourselves into London and other large cities (so again, the so-called overcrowding is just a distribution of population issue).

i actually think that babies are amazing!! but then i became an Auntie yesterday and just cant stop looking at the photos! only 5 more days till i meet her in the flesh :D

I used to work with them on daily basis for nearlly a year, as a bloke it was of the most rewarding years of my life.. they were hard work (Atleast 3 or 4 kids a day and 3 or 4 changes = a lot of Nappies) but at the same time using my training to help them develop and grow gives me a lot of self satisfaction that I was a big part of their early years.. and that is something I will never forget, especially when it comes to me becoming a parent myself..

I hate the idea of having children. Every stage off childhood is a new way to torment your parents.

You start off incontinent and only able to cry.

They then learn to scream incredibly loudly in supermarkets.

Next step you demand whatever the last thing you saw advertised on TV.

Then they get moody,

Then they want cars,

Then they want houses,

I know why everyone wants to be a grand parent, so they can see their children suffer the same way they did.

Am I the only one that thinks babies (Yes, human babies) are the most disgusting and horrible creatures on this planet? They make me feel ill, I shudder with disgust everytime I see one. How can anyone think they are cute? They're so GOD DAMN UGLY it's untrue! And the crying, the constant incessant crying...arrgghhh horrible horrible horrible KILL THEM WITH FIRE!

At risk of getting banninated, you're an immature idiot.
