back up issues

how easy will it be to remove from the enclosure it is in ,also my back ups are still not completing ,shall i try a system restore to an earlier date to resolve the issue

Do you still get the same error message?

Did you check the system disk?

Have you tried doing the backup using a different USB port or one of the USB 3.0 ports?

mine is in a aluminium case which could prove difficult to remove?

I don't know because I can't see it.

Anything that can be put together can be taken apart.

ill try some different usb ports ive had a liitle go at trying to dismantle it but i feel im going to have to break it to do it ?mine is the simple hitachi
