I voted smoked back. Always with brown sauce. Streaky mings. It's all fat.

Bacon itself is pretty rubbish tho.

Never liked streaky, could be I've not had much luck with it when I've had it but its always been too fatty/stringy. Much prefer back, well cooked.

You're cooking it wrong. Lower heat for a longer time, in the oven works well and you get epic cripsy bacon.

not lean, but leanest out of whats available, some packs look like they're ~75% fat where as others its more like ~25% fat

Smoked and streaky is the best type of bacon! Perfect in a burger, BLT or with eggs and anything else for that matter.

i like smoked back although at christmas when we make bacon rolls its definitely streaky that encases the sausage meat

It all depends what mood I'm in and what roll/sandwich it's in. One thing is for certain though, always smoked.
