I personally like mine grilled just a few minutes on each side so it is still fairly pinkish so it's just this side of cooked so as it's still rare ish... OK now I am drooling for a bacon sarney!

Tray + Foil + Oven creates the crispy taste I desire, usually got the oven on to cook whatever I'm having with the bacon anyway so it's just as easy.
