Bad sectors - any way to fix them?

So I have an external HDD drive, and it's full of bad sectors. I'm trying to get a few files back from it, but I've hit a wall. There are some files that none of the programs I've tried can get, due to bad sectors. Is there any way around this, either to fix them, or to get the files off anyway? Is there a program that will just work through bad sectors and grab what it can, rather than just stop when it hits one?

I can't actually access the drive in Windows, but programs such as EasyRecovery show me that the file information is still all there.

Cheers!

u might get lucky and have the bad sectors all relatively close together. this means u can partion around it and still use it, but i wouldnt trust. bad sectors are usually the first sign of immenent hard drive death, its just a matter of time.

but yeah, something like spinright should atleast get your data off with a bit of luck.
