I wouldn't at 8GB RAM, I do at 16GB RAM though and have never had a crash etc, playing intensive games or using Windows 7/8 on a personal basis

I'd leave it on. Some programs still make use out of the pagefile, even when there is RAM available. Maybe shrink it a bit, but don't get rid of it completely, especially if it's on an ssd anyway.

i always have issues with my laptop, it gets virus, just because i download games from torrents from my lil sister, i guess thats the reason. now what happens is, if i insert any USB that usb gets the malware... what should i do, i have tried re-installing windows but same thing happen again, i have few anti viruses, im planning to get hold of a good paid anti virus?

Shouldn't need a paid AV. Malware bytes and Common Sense 2017 should be enough.

Protip, lay off the torrents if you don't want malware etc from them.. you're complaining about the issue but you use the program and files CAUSING the issue.. Just buy them on Steam?

Try another Hard Drive, or push comes to shove, DBAN.
