Bahrain GP 2009 - Race 4/17

Wasn't Brawn GP thinking of *reducing* the engine cooling because the Mercedes engine runs much cooler than the Honda engine the car was designed for?

Not sure why they're focusing on Brawn as though they have a cooling problem!

I imagine because they have some inside information that they are in trouble? Their pace certainly seems to have evaporated from the second advantage they had in oz. Especially considering they aren't particularly heavy. :(

Afternoon!

First post in the thread due to being in Blackpool for a 21st Friday / Saturday. Just watched qualifying on iPlayer.

Very pleased for the Toyota's. They do have some great pace. Just hope that Trulli can keep it together.

Yet again, its not looking great for Ferrari :p

Could just be that they've been keeping things constrained during practice/qualifying..

Could be that I'm wrong..

Time will tell..

But we do know that piquet will be out for revenge on the polystyrene bollards, and kimi will be off for a much needed ice-cream

Trust me, if Button could have got pole he would have.

Interesting - so Brawn have lost their aero performance due to the need to cool the car better - so considering that, their overall package (not in a extremely hot atmosphere) is as still as good as ever...

ps3ud0
