Think all new teams will be looking at the Haas model of entering F1 (just buy the car off someone else)
Still need to build a chassis and all the aero parts. Aero on the HRT was abysmal. So it won't work for everyone.

No, wrong temps, wrong track, wrong pace. The mediums aren't working for anyone, which only makes it more ridiculous that Williams sent Massa back out on another set after awful pace for Bottas and maybe him(not sure what he was on after his first stop). Massa's pace will be woeful on that mediums and trying to do 27 laps when everyone else has decided they suck... Williams' strategy is a joke and not getting better.

Yup.
Haas has to own the design rights though. Can't find my list of what parts must have team owning the design rights at the moment. It's not a huge list though.
Most of the parts are from Ferrari.

You realise Haas's aero is near identical to Ferrari's... because it's the same car give or take a few very small differences. The chassis, Ferrari give them plans and dimensions and they hand it to someone else to build for them. Haas have, afaik, engine, gearbox, suspension and 95% of their aero... none of which would frankly work without a nearly identical chassis so I'd expect any differences to be extremely small.
It's give or take the same car in everything but name.
The undercut really works well here, and Raikkonen was faster than Rosberg for a couple of laps.
